Rates

Nightly rates are as follows:

    April 15 through December 14 - $250 per night

    December 15 through April 14 - $290 per night

There is a 5 night minimum stay (10 night minimum stay from December 22 through January 2).

Rates are subject to sales tax.  Rates and restrictions are subject to change.

A deposit of two night's stay confirms your reservation.  The balance is due 60 calendar days in advance or your arrival.

Payment can be made by check in advance or by using PayPal to pay securely using your Visa, Mastercard, American Express,
Discover or Bank Transfer.  Payments made through PayPal carry an additional 3% charge on the total cost of the reservation. 

Payment arrangements will be made at time of reservation.

Cancellations more than 60 days in advance result in loss of one night's deposit.  Cancellations less than 60 days in
advance result in loss of full deposit, however if the unit can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be offered.

Check in/check out

Check in after 4:00PM, Check out by 11:00AM

Cleaning

The condominium will be cleaned before and after your visit.  Additional cleanings can be arranged at the guest's expense. 
Ask for details when making your reservation.

Telephone

There is no telephone in the unit.

Restrictions

While children age 5 and older are welcome, the condo and complex are most appropriate for children over 12.

Smoking is not permitted in the condo or on the lanais.

Sorry, no pets of any kind allowed.

Guests are not permitted to barbeque on any of the lanais.  Several charcoal barbeque pits are available within the complex.
