Nightly rates are as follows:
April 15 through December 14 - $250 per night
December 15 through April 14 - $290 per night
There is a 7 night minimum stay (10 night minimum stay from December 19th through January 15th).
Rates are subject to sales tax. Rates and restrictions are subject to change.
A deposit of two night's stay confirms your reservation. The balance is due 60 calendar days in advance or your arrival.
Cancellations more than 60 days in advance result in loss of one night's deposit. Cancellations less than 60 days in advance result in loss of full deposit, however if the unit can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be offered.
Payment can be made by check in advance or by using PayPal to pay securely using your Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover or Bank Transfer. Payment arrangements will be made at time of reservation.
